悬臂式双级纵移钻锚机有限元强度分析与改进

摘要 悬臂式双级纵移钻锚机采用支撑臂与万向臂可快速灵活地打锚杆孔,由于悬臂长、臂端载荷大、结构复杂,存在强度不足的隐患。通过对其工况、所受载荷进行分析,采用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件对其进行了有限元强度分析。结果表明,最大应力发生在悬臂最长且外摆向上打顶部锚杆孔工况下,位于支撑座的大臂下支撑耳应力集中处,次大应力发生在悬臂最长且外摆向上打侧上部锚杆孔工况下,位于联接万向臂和推进器的直角连接板的肋板应力集中处。局部结构改进后进行有限元分析,其结构强度满足设计要求。 The cantilever double-stage longitudinal moving drilling anchor with support arm and universal arm can quickly and flexibly drill the bolt hole.Due to the long cantilever,large load at the end of the arm,complex structure,has hidden dangers of insufficient strength.Its finite element strength analysis was done by SolidWorks and ANSYS after the analysis of working conditions,loads in dangerous working conditions.The results show that the maximum stress located at the stress concentration of the support ear under the support seat when drilling the top hole with the longest arm and the outer swing.The second maximum stress located at the stress concentration of the right-angle connecting plate connecting the universal arm and the thruster when drilling the upper lateral hole with the longest arm and the outer swing.After local structural improvement and further finite element analysis,its structural strength meets the design requirements.
