矿用平车机执行机构的参数化结构优化研究

摘要 矿用平车机是在装载机平台上开发的一款新兴机械设备。该设备用于平整火车车厢内堆积的煤炭,有降低人工成本、提高作业效率的作用。为减少矿用平车机执行机构的制造成本,在对其参数化模型进行模拟实际工况下有限元分析的基础上,利用MATLAB结合导重法做轻量化设计。结果表明:轻量化后的执行机构在不超过许用应力的情况下可减重33.19%,可为执行机构的轻量化设计提供参考。 The mining material bulldozing machine is an emerging mechanical equipment developed on the loader platform.This equipment is used to bulldoze the coal accumulated in train carriages,which has the effect of reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency.In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the execution mechanism of the mining material bulldozing machine,a lightweight design was carried out by using MATLAB combined with the guide-weight method based on the finite element analysis of its parameterized model under simulating actual working conditions.The results show that the lightweight execution mechanism can reduce weight by 33.19%without exceeding the allowable stress,which can provide a reference for optimization design of execution mechanism.
