基于产业链对接的高水平专业群构建研究与实践——以无锡科技职业学院物流管理专业群为例

Research and Practice on Building a High Level Professional Group Based on Industrial Chain Connection-Taking the Logistics Management Professional Group of Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology as an Example

以无锡科技职业学院物流管理专业群为例,从区域经济发展视角论述专业链、产业链、创新链、人才链之间的关系,阐明高职院校高水平物流管理专业群的构建逻辑。根据“高素质、强技能、会创业”的人才培养目标,培养供应链物流集成服务领域复合型人才,提出四个方面的发展举措:党建领航、强化课程思政德技并修;深化校企合作,助推“三教”改革;产教深度融合,打造区域金融人才培养高地;立足自身特色,服务行业及回馈社会。

Taking the logistics management professional group of Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,this article discusses the relationship between professional chain,industrial chain,innovation chain,and talent chain from the perspective of regional economic development,and clarifies the construction logic of high-level logistics management professional group in vocational colleges.According to the talent cultivation goal of“high-quality,skilled,and entrepreneurial”,to cultivate composite talents in the field of supply chain logistics integrated services,this article proposes four measures for development:party building leadership,strengthening ideological and political education in the curriculum and integration of moral and technical education;deepening school enterprise cooperation and promoting the reform of“three education”;deeply integrating industry and education to create a highland for cultivating regional financial talents;serving the industry and giving back to society based on its own characteristics.
