摘要
目的采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定枸橼酸铁铵中的铬(Cr)元素。方法采用硝酸消解,灰化温度1500℃,原子化温度2300℃。结果测定Cr的检出限为0.26 ng·mL^(-1),r为0.9990,RSD=1.85%;平均回收率为96.92%(RSD=2.77%,n=9)。结论所用方法灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于枸橼酸铁铵中Cr的测定。
OBJECTIVE To detect chromium in Ferric ammonium citrate by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method.METHODS S Nitric acid was selected as the digestive acid.The ashing temperature was 1500 C,and the atomization temperature was 2300℃.RESULTS The method exhibited a detection limit of 0.26 ng mL^(-1) with r of 0.9990.RSD of precisien test was 1.85%.The average recovery was 96.92%,RSD of recovery was 2.77%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is accurate with high sensitivity and specificity,and suitable for the determination of chromium in Ferric ammonium citrate.
