中国绿色现代化水平测度及时空特征研究

Study on the Level Measurement and Temporal and Spatial Characteristics of China's Green Modernization

基于绿色产业现代化、绿色生活现代化、绿色生态现代化、绿色经济现代化四个维度构建中国绿色现代化水平的评价指标体系,利用熵值法测度各省份2000—2021年的绿色现代化水平,并运用泰尔指数、局部莫兰指数等方法探析时空演变特征以及区域差异。研究发现:中国绿色现代化水平总体呈稳步上升态势;全国和各区域绿色现代化的总体差异随着时间推移均逐步减小,并且呈现正向集聚的空间特征;全国及各区域的绿色现代化水平都不存在σ收敛,但均支持β收敛机制。据此,提出打造一体化绿色治理示范区、实施绿色现代化协同发展方案、探索区域绿色合作新模式的政策建议,为提升绿色现代化水平提供有益借鉴。

This article constructs an evaluation index system for the level of green modernization in China based on the four dimensions of green industry modernization,green life modernization,green ecological modernization and green economic modernization,and uses the entropy method to measure the green modernization level of each province from 2000 to 2021,and uses Theil index and local Moran index to explore the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and regional differences of China's green modernization level.The results show that the overall level of green modernization in China is on the rise steadily.As time goes by,the overall difference of green modernization in the whole country and each region gradually decreases,and presents the spatial characteristics of positive agglomeration.There is noσconvergence in the level of green modernization of the country and all regions,but all supportβconvergence mechanism.Based on this,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on building integrated green gover-nance demonstration zones,implementing green modernization coordinated development plans,and exploring new models of regional green cooperation,in order to provide useful reference for improving the level of green modernization.
