顾桥煤矿气力物料输送中转站硐室开挖技术研究

摘要 为解决顾桥煤矿1121(3)气力物料输送中转站硐室开挖施工效率低、出矸量大、人员劳动强度大和安全性差的技术难题,通过对硐室开挖施工工艺及方法的研究,决定采用爆破碎岩法和分层开挖法进行硐室开挖施工,并配合巷道修复机进行出矸作业。应用结果表明,该套技术与装备施工效率高、安全性好、人员劳动强度低、经济效益好。采用修复机出矸工效可达15 m^(3)/班,是人工出矸效率的13.6倍,可为类似矿山硐室开挖施工提供了技术与装备保障。 To solve Guqiao coal mine 1121(3)pneumatic conveying station cavern excavation,construction efficiency is low,a large amount of gangue and staff labor intensity and poor safety technical problems,through the cavern excavation construction technology and method of research,decided to adopt method of blasting rock cavern excavation construction and stratified excavation method,and cooperate with roadway repair machine for gangue working.The results showed that the set of technologies and equipment construction efficiency was high,safety was good,personnel labor intensity was small,and economic benefits was good.The average working efficiency of roadway repair machine is 15 m^(3)/shift,which is 13.6 times higher than that of manual gangue efficiency.It can provide technical and equipment support for similar mine chamber excavation construction.
