摘要
针对铁路智能装车系统需要实时获取车厢在运行过程中的动态位置数据的问题,研究基于有限状态机的动态车厢信息感知技术,将连续装车过程中车厢与感知设备的相对位置关系划分为有限状态组,通过数据处理算法实现车厢位置信息的实时获取,为铁路智能装车系统的运行提供数据支撑。研究成果已在国能宝日希勒能源有限公司得到成功应用。
In response to the problem of real-time acquisition of dynamic position data of carriages during operation in railway intelligent loading systems,the dynamic carriage information perception technology was studied based on finite state machines.The relative position relationship between carriages and perception devices during continuous loading process was divided into finite state groups,and real-time acquisition of carriage position information was achieved through data processing algorithms,providing data support for the operation of railway intelligent loading systems.The research results have been successfully applied in Guoneng Baorixile Energy Company Limited.
