摘要
计算分析了内圈过盈配合和内外圈温差对双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙的影响,得到了由于内圈过盈配合和内外圈温差导致的轴向游隙减小量,以某型采煤机截割部双列圆锥滚子轴承为具体计算对象,计算得到了适合于采煤机截割部工况的轴承最佳轴向初始游隙值,为双列圆锥滚子轴承初始游隙的确定提供了参考依据。
The influence of inner ring interference fit and inner and outer ring temperature difference on the axial clearance of double row tapered roller bearings was calculated and analyzed.The reduction in axial clearance caused by inner ring interference fit and inner and outer ring temperature difference was obtained.Taking the double row tapered roller bearings in the cutting section of a certain type of coal winning machine as the specific calculation object,the optimal initial axial clearance value of the bearing suitable for the cutting section of the coal winning machine was calculated.A reference basis for determining the initial clearance of double row tapered roller bearings was provided.
