一种刮板输送机用液控离合紧链装置结构设计

摘要 目前的刮板输送机液压紧链装置,紧链前后均需人工手动操纵其离合手柄,进而来控制液压紧链装置的惰轮和刮板输送机减速器输入轴的紧链齿轮之间的结合与分离。为了解放人工,提升作业效率,设计了一种液控离合紧链装置结构:减速器+液压离合器+低速大扭矩液压马达组合。该结构的特点是需要紧链时,直接远程操控该紧链装置油液系统的连接工作即可。该结构的减速器以花键连接方式在刮板输送机链轮组件的内腔,随着连接和关闭液压离合器的油液提供,控制液压离合器这个中间连接件的吸合和分离,达到减速器和液压马达之间的扭矩、速度传递和断开。通过对该结构的详细方案分析和工作原理推理,结果表明:该结构是能够实现自动化紧链功能的。 At present,the hydraulic tensioning chain device of the scraper conveyor requires manual operation of its clutch handle before and after tensioning,in order to control the combination and separation between the idler wheel of the hydraulic tensioning chain device and the tensioning gear of the input shaft of the scraper conveyor reducer.In order to liberate labor and improve work efficiency,a hydraulic control clutch tensioning chain device structure was designed:a combination of reducer,hydraulic clutch,and low-speed high torque hydraulic motor.The characteristic of this structure is that when a tensioning chain is required,the connection work of the oil system of the tensioning chain device can be directly remote controlled.The reducer of this structure is connected in a spline manner in the inner cavity of the sprocket assembly of the scraper conveyor.With the oil supply for connecting and closing the hydraulic clutch,it controls the suction and separation of the intermediate connecting piece of the hydraulic clutch,achieving torque and speed transmission and disconnection between the reducer and the hydraulic motor.Through detailed scheme analysis and working principle inference of the structure,the results showed that the structure could achieve automated tensioning chain function.
