摘要
本文旨在分析中小型制造企业在设计开发阶段实施信息化管理的实践,对现有的文献进行研究,分析现有的信息化管理工具和策略,如B/S架构、CAD系统和ERP系统,以及大数据、人工智能、精益管理和自动化技术。研究发现,大数据、人工智能、精益管理和自动化技术的应用,结合有效的组织文化和员工培训策略,能显著提升中小型制造企业在设计开发阶段的产品性能、工作效率及团队协作能力。综合采用上述方法能促进可持续发展。
This paper is aimed to analyze the practice of informatization management implemented by small-and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the design and development stage,study the existing literature,and analyze the existing informatization management tools and strategies,such as B/S architecture,CAD system and ERP system,as well as big data,artificial intelligence,lean management and automation technology.The study demonstrates that,the application of big data,artificial intelligence,lean management and automation technology,combined with effective organizational culture and employee training strategies,can significantly improve the product performance,work efficiency and teamwork ability of small-and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the design and development stage.A combination of these approaches can contribute to sustainable development.
