CuTA纳米酶的制备及其用于过氧化氢检测

摘要 以五水硫酸铜(CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O)和单宁酸(Tannic acid,TA)为原料,通过一步法制备得到单宁酸铜(CuTA)纳米片。由材料的红外、扫描电镜结果可知,本实验成功制备了CuTA。研究表明,所制备材料可催化过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))产生O_(2),据此本研究建立了一种比色分析方法用于检测H_(2)O_(2),并优化了氧化反应的显色条件。在最优条件下,H_(2)O_(2)的检测线性范围为400~1400μM,检出限为5.2μM。将本方法用于检测实际样品牙膏中的H_(2)O_(2),回收率可达96.6%~102.2%。研究结果表明,所构建的比色传感器可实现对H_(2)O_(2)的定量检测。 The CuTA nanosheets were prepared by a one-step synthesis method using copper sulfate pentahydrate(CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O)and tannic acid(TA)as the raw materials.The results of FTIR and SEM demonstrated that the copper tannate nanozymes(CuTA NMs)were successfully synthesized.The prepared materials can catalyze hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))to produce oxygen(O_(2)).Based on this,a colorimetric analysis method for the determination of H_(2)O_(2) was established,and the color conditions of the oxidizing reaction were optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range for the determination of H_(2)O_(2) was 400~1400μM,and the detection limit of 5.2μM.The established method was used for the detection of H_(2)O_(2) in toothpaste with recoveries of 96.6%~102.2%.Therefore,the CuTA NMs colorimetric sensing detector can achieve quantitative detection of H_(2)O_(2).
