摘要
针对有害生物适应性研究是植物检疫工作的重要基础,明确有害生物在目标地的适生性分布,可提高预测的准确性及决策的科学性。为全面客观的了解国内外物种分布模型的应用领域、发展情况及研究规律,并为从事植物检疫工作研究的学者和决策者提供数据参考,本研究从文献计量学角度分析了近20年MaxEnt、CLIMEX、GARP三种物种分布模型在Web of Science数据库和CNKI数据库中的文献发展情况,梳理出生态位模型的研究与应用现状和发展脉络,可为研究者从事生态位模型相关研究提供参考依据。
Research on the adaptability of pests is one of the important foundations of plant quarantine.Clarifying the adaptive distribution of pests in the target area can improve the accuracy of prediction and the scientificity of decision.In order to comprehensively and objectively comprehend the application fields,development status,and research patterns of species distribution models at home and abroad,and provide reference for scholars and decision-makers engaged in plant quarantine research,this study analyzed the literature on three species distribution models:MaxEnt,CLIMEX and GARP,from the perspective of bibliometrics in the web of science and CNKI databases in the past 20 years,and sorted out the application status and development context of ecological niche models,which could provide reference for scholars in the research of ecological niche models.
