创新创业教育和终身教育是我国“建设人力资源强国”的重要战略。创新创业终身教育生态系统将“终身教育+创新创业”理念融入系统,在微观层面建构创新创业教育生态系统基本模式、在中观层面贯通各级创新创业教育体系、在宏观层面创建良性创新创业教育生态系统环境。从而实现各级创新创业教育体系的贯通与衔接,建立起层次清晰、资源共享、有机衔接的创新创业终身教育网络,为我国的创新型发展提供坚实的人才基础和持续动力。
