建筑工程施工管理过程中涉及多个要素。因此,在实践中必须高度重视各施工管理的基本要素,适当整合优化各要素,认真分析和发现以往管理工作中的不足之处,并做出相应的调整和优化,不断提高管理质量,为企业发展奠定基础,为国家经济发展提供重要支撑。本文首先对建筑工程管理的内涵和意义进行了相关的阐述,接着对建筑工程管理中施工管理控制的应用措施进行了探讨。

There are many elements involved in the construction management process of construction projects.Therefore,in practice,it is necessary to attach great importance to the basic elements of construction management,properly integrate and optimize each element,carefully analyze and find the deficiencies in the previous management work,and make corresponding adjustments and optimizations,continuously improve the managementquality,lay the foundation for the development of enterprises,and provide important support for national economic development.This paper first expounds the connotation and significance of construction project management,and then discusses the application measures of construction management control in construction project management.
