高层居民住宅施工中桩基础施工技术分析

摘要 高层居民住宅由于结构高度大,对地基的稳定性、承受力和抗震性能要求高,因此对桩基础施工技术的要求也较严格。选择适当的桩基础类型、施工过程中严格控制质量、采用先进的施工技术和设备可以提高施工效率、降低成本、提高质量。环保和可持续性也是未来桩基础施工技术的重要发展方向。本文将深入探讨上述内容。 Due to the large structural height of high-rise residential buildings,the requirements for the stability,bearing capacity and seismic performance of the foundation are high,so the requirements for pile foundation construction technology are also strict.Selecting the appropriate pile foundation type,strictly controlling the quality during the construction process,and adopting advanced construction technology and equipment can improve the construction efficiency,reduce the cost,and improve the quality.Environmental protection and sustainability are also important development directions for pile foundation construction technology in the future.This paper will delve into the above content.
