基于新二元结构理论的社区服务设施布局优化——以莱阳市中心城区为例

Layout Optimization of Community Service Facilities Based on New Binary Structure Theory——Example of Laiyang Downtown

为提升莱阳市中心城区居民生活品质,一定程度上缓解因居民收入水平、工作性质不同等因素带来的设施服务水平差距的情况,本文基于新二元结构理论,旨在优化社区服务设施的布局,提高公共服务的覆盖率和效率。研究结果表明,基于新二元结构理论的社区服务设施布局优化能够有效提升社区居民的幸福指数和满意度,具有实际应用价值。

In order to improve the quality of life of residents in Laiyang downtown and alleviate the gap in the level of facility services caused by different resident income levels and work properties,this paper aims to optimize the layout of community service facilities and improve the coverage and efficiency of public services based on the new binary structure theory.The study results show that,the optimization of the layout of community service facilities based on the new binary structure theory can effectively improve the happiness index and satisfaction of community residents,and has practical application value.
