文化延续视角下青岛里院建筑价值评价及更新策略研究——以平度路为例

Study on the Evaluation of the Value of Qingdao Liyuan from the Perspective of Cultural Continuity and the Strategy of Architectural Protection and Renewal:The Pingdu Road Neighborhood as an Example

历史街区自20世纪80年代以来已有近半个世纪的发展历程,但如何平衡好文化遗产的保护与更新仍是需要探索的问题。文章围绕中山路地块平度路里院建筑群展开针对性研究,通过网络调查问卷、数据分析、文献分析、实地调研等方式进行深入研究,探析未来里院建筑的发展趋势,并由此提出对里院建筑历史脉络延续、空间形态重构及空间重建、配套设施完善的更新保护策略。

The historic district has been developed for nearly half a century since the 1980s,but how to balance the preservation and renewal of cultural heritage is still a question that needs to be explored.In this paper,we conduct an in-depth study on the development trend of the Liyuan buildings in the future through online questionnaires,literature analysis and field research,and propose strategies for the renewal and preservation of the historical lineage,spatial reconstruction and reconstruction of the Liyuan buildings,and the improvement of supporting facilities.
