古城区内老旧小区更新改造模式及政策导向探究——以苏州古城区为例

Research on Renewal Mode and Policy Guidance of Old Residential Areas in the Old Urban Area:Taking Suzhou Ancient City as an Example

近年来,古城区内的老旧小区的更新改造问题是城市更新的研究重点,文章通过对近几年苏州古城区内老旧小区的改造行动和现状的全面调研,将其分为三类,分别为完善类、残损类和残破类。并通过对苏州古城区的文化定位、人群定位进一步确定了老旧小区更新改造的功能和方向定位,从而对三类老旧小区提出了针对性的更新改造建议和古城人群调整策略。最后,根据以苏州古城区为例的策略研究,对城市更新中古城区内老旧小区的更新改造提出了多个层面的政策建议。

In recent years,the renewal and reconstruction of the old residential areas in the old city has been the focus of urban renewal research.Through the comprehensive investigation of the reconstruction action and current situation of the old residential areas in the old city of Suzhou in recent years,the paper divides them into three categories,namely,the perfect category,the damaged category and the damaged category.Furthermore,the function and orientation of the renovation of the old residential areas are further determined by the cultural orientation and population orientation of the old urban areas in Suzhou,and the targeted suggestions on the renovation and the adjustment strategy of the old population are put forward for the three types of old residential areas.Finally,according to the research of the old residential renewal strategy in the old city of Suzhou,the paper puts forward several policy suggestions for the renewal of the old residential renewal in the old city.
