信用管理视角下商业银行数字化转型演化与挑战研究

Research on the Evolution and Challenges of Digital Transformation of Commercial Banks from the Perspective of Credit Management

数字经济时代,商业银行加快数字化转型,才能更高效地赋能实体经济发展。商业银行经营遵循“三性”原则,即安全性、流动性、盈利性,其中安全性居于首位。安全与风险相对,作为经营风险的机构,商业银行开展运营无时无刻不在考量各种业务风险。当前,银行正在开展业务、产品、渠道、服务、风控、运营、绩效等全方位的数字化转型工作,关于数字化转型的进展情况,本文借助文本分析法,通过Python爬取上市商业银行年报中的数字化词频数据,分析其数字化转型演化进程,总结其数字化转型面临的挑战,为其有序开展数字化转型工作、优化数字化转型方案提供对策建议。

In the era of digital economy,commercial banks need to accelerate their digital transformation in order to more efficiently empower the development of the real economy.Commercial banks follow the"three principles"in their operations,namely safety,liquidity,and profitability,with safety being the top priority.Safety and risk are opposite,as an institution with operational risks,commercial banks constantly consider various business risks when conducting operations.Currently,banks are carrying out comprehensive digital transformation work in business,products,channels,services,risk control,operations,performance,and other aspects.Regarding the progress of digital transformation,using text analysis method and Python to crawl digital word frequency data from the annual reports of listed commercial banks,the evolution process of digital transformation is analyzed,and the challenges faced by digital transformation are summarized to carry out digital transformation work in an orderly manner,and provide policy recommendations for optimizing digital transformation plans.
