丝路电商视角下数字人民币结算的可行性分析与实现路径

摘要 数字人民币是推进人民币国际化的重要路径和手段。随着丝路电商市场规模的不断扩大,数字人民币在“一带一路”跨境电商贸易结算领域有广阔的应用前景,有助于减少对现有国际支付网络的依赖,提高结算效率、降低结算成本、便于金融监管。本文从丝路电商视角探究数字人民币跨境结算的制约因素与实现路径。研究发现,数字人民币在国际贸易中的应用还面临着货币惯性以及对现有SWIFT结算系统的依赖、沿线国家复杂的政治经济金融环境、人民币汇率波动的影响、人民币回流渠道不畅通等问题。为此,应基于数字人民币构建兼容性跨境支付系统,依托金融科技加强沿线国家金融生态体系建设和金融市场创新,拓展丝路电商供应链金融等数字人民币应用场景,维持汇率弹性,建立高效的人民币回流机制。 Digital yuan is an important path and means to promote RMB internationalization.With the continuous expansion of the Silk Road e-commerce market,digital RMB has a broad application prospect in the trade settlement field of the Belt and Road cross-border e-commerce,which helps to reduce reliance on existing international payment networks,improve settlement efficiency,reduce settlement costs and facilitate financial supervision.Exploring the implementation path and constraints of digital RMB cross-border settlement from the perspective of Silk Road e-commerce,research has found that the application of digital RMB in international trade also faces issues such as currency inertia and dependence on existing SWIFT settlement systems,complex political,economic and financial environments of countries along the routes,the impact of RMB exchange rate fluctuation,and blocked RMB return channels.Therefore,it is necessary to build a compatible cross-border payment system based on digital RMB,strengthen the construction of financial ecosystems and financial market innovation in countries along the Silk Road relying on financial technology,expand the application scenarios of digital RMB such as supply chain finance field of Silk Road e-commerce,maintain exchange rate elasticity,establish an efficient RMB reflux mechanism.
