Research on Creating a one-stop Model of Multivariate Dispute Resolution in Ma'anshan by Promoting Functional Integration with Resource Integration

马鞍山始终坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”,积极推进市域社会治理现代化试点工作,坚持以人民为中心、以问题为导向,矛盾纠纷多元化解组织体系不断完善,逐步探索形成了具有地方特色的多元解纷“马鞍山经验”。为进一步补齐马鞍山矛盾纠纷多元化解工作存在的短板,应从体制机制优化、平台载体建设等四个方面加以改进。

Maanshan has always adhered to and developed the "fengqiao experience" in the new era,and actively promoted the experimental work of the modernization of urban social governance.Adhering to the people-centered and problem-oriented approach,the organizational system for resolving disputes has been continuously improved,and a "Maanshan experience" of resolving disputes with local characteristics has been gradually explored and formed.To further make up for the shortcomings,the work of resolving disputes in Maanshan should be improved from four aspects, such as the optimization of the system mechanism and the construction of the platform carrier.
