全人发展理念下课堂教学实施——以“烟气中NOx的净化技术”教学为例

摘要 全人发展教育是将学生培养成有人文素养、有专业知识、有技术能力、和谐发展的“全人”。实现全人教育路径有很多,课堂教学是高职院校实现全人发展的首选场所,基于全人发展理念引领和指导课堂教学方法改革实践势在必行。以“烟气中NOx的净化技术”教学项目为例,通过课前、课中、课后三个维度来解读如何在课堂教学过程中实现全人发展理念,并对课堂教学实施效果进行总结分析。 Whole person education aims to cultivate students into“whole people”with humanistic literacy,professional knowledge,technical ability,and harmonious development.There are many paths to achieve whole person education,and classroom teaching is the preferred place for vocational colleges to achieve such education.Based on the concept of whole person development,it is imperative to guide the reform and practice of classroom teaching methods.The article takes the teaching practice of“NOx Purification Technology in Flue Gas”as an example,interprets how to achieve the concept of whole person development in classroom teaching from three dimensions of before,during and after class,and summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness of classroom teaching implementation.
