基于“四重构”的大学生劳动教育实效性提升对策研究

Research on Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Labor Education for College Students Based on the“Four Reconstructions”

劳动创造美好生活。把准劳动教育价值取向,引导大学生树立正确的劳动观,实现知行合一,是劳动教育的育人方向。面对劳动教育工作中存在的问题,在国家政策方针的指导下,结合社会发展的特点,提出以下四个方面的重构:重构课程体系,以存在价值与时代性为主导;重构内容方式,注重中华文化在新时代的传承发展;重构师生关系,强调教师引领与同行的灵活角色定位;重构管理模式,系统设置目标体系与评价方式。通过这种系统的重构,探索提升大学生劳动教育实效性的对策。

Labor creates a better life.It is the direction of labor education to align the value orientation of labor education,guide college students to establish a correct view of labor,and realize the combination of knowledge and practice.Faced with the problems existing in labor education work,under the guidance of national policies and combined with the characteristics of social development,the following four aspects of reconstruction are proposed:constructing the curriculum system,with existential value and epochal as the dominant;reconstructing the content approach,focusing on the development of Chinese culture in the new era of inheritance;reconstructing teacher-student relationship,emphasizing the flexible role of teachers’leadership and peers’orientation;reconstructing the management mode,and systematically setting up the target system.Through this systematic reconstruction,we explore the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of labor education for college students.
