膀胱癌新型尿液蛋白生物标志物的研究进展

Research Progress on New Urinary Protein Biomarkers for Bladder Cancer

膀胱癌是泌尿系统中最常见的一种恶性肿瘤,发病率和死亡率较高,严重威胁着人类健康和生命质量,也给患者带来了沉重的经济负担。膀胱镜检查、尿液细胞学分析及影像学检查是目前膀胱癌临床诊断最常用的方法。但此类方法存在使患者发生感染的风险,且其灵敏度和特异度较差。研究更理想的生物标志物用于膀胱癌的早期诊断和预后,已成为现阶段新的研究方向。基于此,文章对近年来膀胱癌新型尿液蛋白类生物标志物的研究进展进行了归纳与总结。

Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the urinary system.It has a high incidence rate and mortality,which seriously threatens human health and life quality,and also brings heavy economic burden to patients.Cystoscopy,urine cytology analysis and imaging examination are the most commonly used methods for clinical diagnosis of bladder cancer,but patients are at risk of infection,and their sensitivity and specificity are poor.It has become a new direction to study more ideal biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of bladder cancer.Based on this,this article summaries the research progress of new urinary protein biomarkers for bladder cancer in recent years.
