多学科交叉融合背景下医学本科生课程学习效果的影响因素研究——以社会医学教学为例

Influencing Factors of Course Learning Effect among Medical Undergraduates under the Background of Interdisciplinary Fusion:Taking the Teaching of Social Medicine as an Example

摘要 目的探究医学本科生课程学习效果的影响因素并初步构建其作用机制模型。方法以“社会医学”课程为例,于2023年3月深度访谈安徽省某医学院校40名在读本科生,运用扎根理论,对医学生课程学习效果及影响机制进行系统研究。结果最终共提取出30个初始概念、13个初始范畴和5个主范畴,并构建医学本科生课程学习效果作用机制模型。信息储备、学习动机、学习技能和外在环境是影响医学生课程学习效果的主要因素。其中,信息储备和学习动机可以通过影响学习技能的选择对学生课程学习效果产生间接影响。结论构建的医学本科生课程学习效果作用机制模型为开展医学本科生课程学习效果提升计划提供了理论依据。 Objective To explore the factors influencing course learning effect of medical undergraduates and establish a model of their mechanisms of action.Methods Based on in-depth interviews with 40 medical undergra-duates,this study took Social Medicine course as an example,adopted grounded theory to conduct a systematic research on the course learning effect and the influence mechanism.Results Finally,30 concepts,13 initial categories and 5 main categories were extracted and the mechanism model of the role of learning effect in medical undergraduate courses was constructed.Information reservation,learning motivation,learning skills,and external environment were the main influencing factors on learning effect in Social Medicine course for medical undergraduates.In particular,information reservation and learning motivation can indirectly affect undergraduates'course learning effect by influencing the choice of learning skills.Conclusion The mechanism model of course learning effect of medical undergraduates was constructed,which provided a theoretical basis for carrying out the improvement plan of their course learning effect.
