摘要
以十二酰氯、二甲氨基丙胺和溴乙烷为原料,合成出一种高效且能酸性矿浆条件下反浮选脱硅的含酰基季铵盐捕收剂XN-12。浮选结果表明:在石英单矿物浮选实验中,XN-12捕收剂在矿浆pH>5的条件下对石英有很好的浮选效果;用XN-12捕收剂对高硅磷矿直接进行单一反浮选脱硅,在pH=5.6的酸性矿浆条件下,抑制剂三聚磷酸钠用量为5.0kg/t,XN-12用量1.2kg/t的药剂制度下,获得了磷精矿中P_(2)O_(5)品位30.31%、回收率81.60%、SiO_(2)品位7.26%和脱硅率69.12%的良好指标。
Using dodecanoyl chloride,dimethylaminopropylamine,and bromoethane as starting materials,a highly efficient acyl quaternary ammonium salt,i.e.collector XN-12 that can selectively float and remove silica under under acidic pulp conditions was synthesized.Flotation results show that in single quartz mineral flotation experiments,XN-12 has good flotation performance on quartz under conditions of mineral slurry with pH>5;when directly subjected to single reverse flotation desilication using XN-12 for high-silica phosphate ore,under acidic mineral slurry conditions at pH=5.6,with a dosage of 5.0kg/t of sodium tripolyphosphate depressant and 1.2kg/t of XN-12,the obtained phosphorus concentrate had good indicators of P_(2)O_(5)grade 30.31%,recovery rate 81.60%,SiO_(2)grade 7.26%,and desilication rate 69.12%.
