摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是多种心血管疾病的独立危险因素,其特征性的间歇性缺氧环境会诱导细胞内和循环中的miRNA失调,从而促进细胞功能障碍和代谢紊乱,参与动脉粥样硬化(As)的形成。该文综述了miRNA在OSA相关As的发生和进展中的潜在作用,有助于理解OSA相关As发病机制的分子途径,也为开发基于miRNA治疗OSA相关心血管疾病提供新见解。
Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is an independent risk factor for several cardiovascular diseases,and its characteristic intermittent hypoxic environment induces dysregulation of miRNA in cells and circulation,which promotes cellular dysfunction and metabolic disorders,and participates in the formation of atherosclerosis(As).This article reviews the potential role of miRNA in the occurrence and progression of OSA-related As,which helps to understand the molecular pathways underlying the pathogenesis of OSA-related As and provides new insights for the development of miRNA based therapies for OSA-related cardiovascular diseases.
