苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Effect of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis

目的分析苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂治疗以流涕症状为主的季节性变应性鼻炎(AR)的有效性,观察其对流涕为主的季节性AR患者生活质量的改善,确定苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂的安全性。方法选取2021年8~9月及2022年8~9月间于吉林大学中日联谊医院就诊的60例AR患者为研究对象,其中5例脱落患者,有效数据55例,其中女性患者23例,男性患者32例,中位年龄33岁。对这些患者均给予苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂治疗,以治疗前、后的患者作为对照,比较使用前、后患者症状以及生活质量的改变。结果使用苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂14 d,患者的症状及生活质量均得到显著改善(P<0.001),治疗总有效率为78.43%(40/51),且未见患者出现明显的不良反应。结论苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂治疗AR效果较好且无较大副作用,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the curative effect of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(AR),mainly with runny nose,to observe the improvement of the quality of life in patients with seasonal AR,and to determine the safety of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray.METHODS A total of 60 patients with AR who were treated in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University between August and September 2021 and August and September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,5 patients lost contact,and 55 patients were valid,including 23 female patients and 32 male patients,with a median age of 33 years.All patients were treated with bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray.The patients before and after treatment were used as controls to compare the changes of symptoms and quality of life before and after treatment.RESULTS After treated by bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray for 14 days,the patient's symptoms and quality of life were significantly improved(P<0.001).The total effective rate is 78.43%(40/51),and no significant adverse reactions in patients were observed.CONCLUSION The bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray on AR has a good effect and no significant adverse reactions,which is worth promotion.
