摘要
为了适应时代的发展,建立更好的医疗体系和管理制度,我国开始全面推进医院改革,改善传统的财务管理模式,强调新制度的落实,更加重视对医院的综合性管理。基于此,文章探讨了医院财务绩效管理的优化对提高医院经济效益、提升服务质量和患者满意度的重要价值,提出了医院财务绩效管理的优化路径,包括积极推广财务绩效管理教育、加强制度建设和执行、优化绩效评价指标体系以及科学调整医院绩效管理激励制定等,旨在提升医院财务管理的有效性,从而提高整体医疗服务质量。
In order to adapt to the development of the times and establish a better medical system and management system,China has begun to comprehensively promote the hospital reform,improve the traditional financial management mode,emphasize the implementation of the new system,and pay more attention to the comprehensive management of hospitals.Based on this,this paper discusses the important value of the optimization of hospital financial performance management for improving hospital economic benefits,improving service quality and patient satisfaction.This paper proposes the optimization path of hospital financial performance management,including actively promoting the financial performance management education,strengthening the system construction and implementation,optimizing the performance evaluation index system,and scientifically adjusting the formulation of hospital performance management incentive.It aims to improve the effectiveness of hospital financial management,so as to improve the overall quality of medical services.
