近年来,我国工程造价管理工作逐渐走向专业化,为避免出现由阶段性造价管理导致各个环节脱节的情况,相关企业需对整个项目进行全面管理,以确保企业的经济效益。文章从全过程控制对成本绩效、项目时间绩效以及工程绩效三个方面进行了详细的探讨和分析,并选择江西建工第二建筑有限责任公司的X项目为案例进行探讨,以期为施工企业完善管理流程、减少工程项目风险、提高工程效益提供一定的参考。

In recent years,engineering cost management in China has gradually become more specialized.In order to avoid the disconnection of various links caused by phased cost management,the related enterprises need to comprehensively manage the entire project to ensure the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper provides a detailed exploration and analysis of cost performance,project time performance,and engineering performance from the perspective of full process control.The X project of Jiangxi the Second Construction Co.,Ltd.is selected as a case study for analysis,hoping to provide some references for construction enterprises to improve management processes,reduce project risks,and improve engineer ing benefits.
