摘要
以超临界流体作为反应溶剂,利用超临界流体具有气体的分散性和液体的溶解性,将HF、氟化氢钠与五氧化二磷在超临界流体中反应生成六氟磷酸钠。实验结果表明:在温度37℃,压力20 MPa,投料比为n(氟化氢钠)∶n(HF)∶n(P_2O_5)=2∶8.8∶1,反应时间1.5 h条件下,产品收率94.8%,纯度99.2%,可实现清洁生产和安全生产。
Using supercritical fluid as the reaction solvent,the supercritical fluid with the dispersion of gas and the solubility of liquid,sodium hexafluorophosphate is synthesized by the reaction of HF,sodium hydrogen fluoride and phosphorus pentoxide in supercritical fluid.The experimental results show that under the conditions of temperature 37℃,pressure 20 MPa,feed ratio n(sodium hydrogen fluoride)∶n(HF)∶n(P 2O 5)=2∶8.8∶1,reaction time 1.5 h,the yield of the product is 94.8%and the purity is 99.2%.Cleaner production and safe production can be achieved.
