摘要
文章以朗晃Ⅱ号隧道为研究对象,分析了隧道开挖及仰拱初期支护成环施工工艺。该工艺对提高隧道施工效率、保证施工安全、降低成本和提高工程质量具有重要意义。其中,在隧道开挖环节,阐述了隧道开挖方法选择和开挖面稳定措施;在仰拱初期支护成环施工中,提出了仰拱初期支护的重要性和仰拱初期支护成环施工工艺,为实际施工提供了科学依据和参考。研究结果表明:隧道开挖及仰拱初期支护成环施工工艺为隧道施工工艺的改进和发展提供了新思路和方法。
The article takes the LanghuangⅡTunnel as the research object,analyzes the construction technology of tunnel excavation and initial support of the inverted arch into a ring.This technology is of great significance in improving tunnel construction efficiency,ensuring construction safety,reducing costs,and improving engineering quality.Among them,in the process of tunnel excavation,the selection of tunnel excavation methods and stability measures for excavation surfaces were elaborated;In the construction of the initial support ring of the inverted arch,the importance of the initial support and the construction process of the initial support ring of the inverted arch were proposed,providing scientific basis and reference for actual construction.The results indicate that the construction technology of tunnel excavation and initial support of the inverted arch into a ring provides new ideas and methods for the improvement and development of tunnel construction technology.
