摘要
当前,西气东输等大型地下隧道项目逐渐增多,对隧道围岩结构的安全监测需求愈加迫切。文章详细介绍了一种隧道围岩结构变形自动监测系统的开发与应用。该系统采用多传感器集成技术,能实时、全面地监测围岩的各种变化,并通过高速数据处理平台快速处理和分析收集的数据。该系统还具备实时预测和警报功能,能及时发现并处理潜在的风险。此外,该系统采用了模块化和扩展性设计,为不同的隧道施工项目提供了定制化的监测方案。经过实际应用验证,该系统在提高监测效率、保障施工安全、节省成本等方面均取得了显著的效果。
At present,the number of large underground tunnel projects such as the West-East Gas Pipeline is increasing,and the demand for safety monitoring of tunnel surrounding rock structure is becoming more and more urgent.This paper introduces in detail the development and application of an automatic monitoring system for the deformation of tunnel surrounding rock structure.The system adopts multi-sensor integration technology,which can monitor various changes of surrounding rock in real time and comprehensively,and quickly process and analyze the collected data through high-speed data processing platform.The system also has real-time prediction and alarm functions,which can detect and deal with potential risks in a timely manner.In addition,the system adopts modular and extensible design,which provides customized monitoring schemes for different tunnel construction projects.Through practical application verification,the system has achieved remarkable results in improving monitoring efficiency,ensuring construction safety,and saving costs.
