基于防水通用规范的住宅工程防水施工管理与技术研究

Research on Management and Technology of Waterproofing Construction in Residential Engineering Based on General Waterproofing Standards

防水工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分,其质量直接关系建筑的使用寿命和功能。为进一步增强住宅工程的防渗漏能力,提高房屋建筑建造质量,文章针对目前住宅工程常出现的渗漏情况,提出了住宅工程防水施工管理与技术水平的提升措施,包括择优选择防水施工方案、严格把关防水材料、落实样板引路、强化施工管理等。最后就重点部位提出了防渗漏的具体措施,以供参考。

Waterproofing engineering is an important component of construction engineering.Its quality is directly related to the service life and function of the building.In order to further enhance the anti leakage ability of residential engineering and improve the quality of building construction,this study proposes measures to improve the waterproof construction management and technical level of residential engineering in response to the common leakage situation in residential engineering.These measures include selecting optimal waterproofing construction plans,strictly controlling waterproofing materials,implementing template guidance,and strengthening construction management.In the final section,specific measures for preventing leakage were proposed for key areas as a reference.
