摘要
钢管贝雷梁组合支架是现浇梁施工中的常见结构,作为承载施工质量的重要结构,研究其力学性能对施工方案设计与实施具有重要意义。文章以磨盘沟1号大桥现浇梁施工为例,根据支撑结构的力学性能,运用受力值验算等数据分析方法,针对大高差、软基地质条件下的SPS钢管贝雷梁组合支架施工进行专项设计,支架主要受力构件的强度、刚度及变形均满足受力要求,整体支架结构安全,成功解决了现场施工难题。
Steel pipe and bailey beam composite support is a common structure in the construction of cast-in-place beam.As an important structure bearing construction quality,studying its mechanical properties is of great significance for the design and implementation of construction scheme.Taking the construction of cast-in-place beam in Mopangou No.1 Bridge as an example,according to the mechanical properties of the support structure,data analysis methods such as force value verification is used to carry out special design for the construction of SPS steel pipe and bailey beam composite support under the conditions of large height difference and soft foundation.The strength,stiffness and deformation of the main force bearing components of the support meet the force-bearing requirements,and the overall support structure is safe,which successfully solves the on-site construction problems.
