市政道路工程项目全过程造价控制研究

Research on Whole Process Cost Control of Municipal Road Engineering Project

市政道路工程比其他工程项目更具系统性,涉及各阶段的各类问题。针对不同阶段的不同问题,其解决方法也不同,因此需要对该类型项目进行更深入的全过程造价控制研究。文章对市政道路工程项目造价控制全过程阶段进行划分,分为投资决策、设计、招投标、施工和竣工五个阶段,针对五个不同阶段引入价值工程理论,实现造价控制,并通过案例分析,验证了各阶段造价控制方案的控制效果。

Municipal road engineering is more systematic than other engineering projects,involving various problems in each stage.The solutions to different problems at different stages are also different,so it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research on the whole process cost control of this type of project.This paper divides the whole process of cost control of municipal road engineering project into five stages:investment decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion.The value engineering theory is introduced for five different stages to achieve cost control.Through case analysis,the control effect of the cost control scheme at each stage is verified.
