新工科建设不仅对信息技术革命和大数据时代背景下的高校工程教育提出了新的要求,也对高校纺织专业人才培养提出了新的挑战。文章针对纺织类硕士研究生培养模式中存在的问题,阐释人才培养的重要意义,结合纺织类硕士研究生培养的特征,剖析培养模式所面临的突出问题。通过对纺织类硕士研究生的培养模式、课程体系、考核指标及导师团队进行探讨分析,从而提升纺织类硕士研究生综合素养,进一步培养出符合社会需求的纺织类高层次人才。

The construction of new engineering not only puts forward new requirements for engineering education in colleges and universities under the background of information technology revolution and big data era,but also poses new challenges to the cultivation of textile professionals in colleges and universities.Aiming at the problems existing in the training mode of textile postgraduates,the paper explains the significance of talent training,and analyzes the highlighting problems faced by the training mode in combination with the characteristics of the training of textile postgraduates.Through the discussion and analysis of the training mode,curriculum system,assessment index and tutor team of textile postgraduates,the comprehensive quality of textile postgraduates can be improved,and high-level textile talents in line with social needs can be further cultivated.
