山东省家庭农场效率及其驱动因素——基于山东省194户家庭农场的调研数据

Efficiency and Driving Factors of Family Farms in Shandong Province——Based on Survey Data from 194 Family Farms in Shandong Province

以2022年调研的山东省194户家庭农场为研究对象,通过投入导向的DEA模型测度了家庭农场效率,基于家庭农场主、家庭农场、农业要素投入以及环境4个特征变量维度,采用Tobit模型测度了家庭农场效率的驱动因素。研究结果表明:山东省家庭农场效率总体上处于较可观的水平,其纯技术效率与规模效率均有提升空间。家庭农场效率的驱动因素中,家庭农场主是否为党员、家庭农场是否有完整的财务记录、家庭农场劳动力投入、家庭农场资本投入、家庭农场土地投入、家庭农场总负债以及家庭农场近3年共获得多少农业生产补贴对家庭农场效率均有显著的正向影响。

Taking 194 family farms in Shandong Province surveyed in 2022 as the research object,the lficiency of family farms was measured using an input-oriented DEA model.Based on four characteristie variable dimensions of family farmers.family farms,agricultural factor inputs.and environment,the Tobit model was used to measure the driving factors of family farm eficiency.The research results indicate that the overall efficiency of family farms in Shandong Province is at a considerable level,with Loom for improvement in both pure lechnical efficiency and scale elficiency.Among the driving factors of family farm elliciency,whether the fanily farm owner is a parly member,whether the family farm has complete finaneial records,labor input,capital input,land input,total liabilities,and the total amount of agricutural production subsidies received by the family farm in the past three years have a significant positive impact on family farm efficiency.
