摘要
焦化除尘灰是焦化厂产生的干熄焦除尘灰和环境除尘灰的统称,其含碳量达到80%左右,与高炉环境除尘灰、高炉重力除尘灰等其他品种除尘灰含碳量差距较大。该除尘灰与其他含碳量不同的除尘灰混合使用时,会造成烧结混合料含碳量波动,从而影响烧结过程和烧结矿质量稳定性。利用大修机会在安钢3号烧结机一次滚筒混合机安装了除尘灰喷加装置,利用仓泵输灰原理将焦化除尘灰由管道喷入混合机,在混合机内与混合料充分混合,实现了含碳除尘灰均匀、稳定和定量配加。在实践过程中,结合运行中出现的问题进行了系列改造,保证了该系统稳定高效运行。
Coking dust removal ash is a collective term for dry quenching dust removal ash and environmental dust re-moval ash generated by coking plants.Its carbon content reaches about 80%,which is significantly different from other types of dust removal ash such as blast furnace environmental dust removal ash and blast furnace gravity dust removal ash.When the dust is mixed with other dust with different carbon content,it will cause fluctuations in the carbon content of the sinter-ing mixture,thereby affecting the sintering process and the stability of the sintering ore quality.During the overhaul,a dust removal and ash injection device was installed in the primary drum mixer of No.3 sintering machine of Angang.Using the principle of bin pump ash transportation,coking dust removal is sprayed into the mixer through a pipeline,and fully mixed with the mixture in the mixer to achieving uniform,stable,and quantitative addition of carbon containing dust removal.In practice,a series of transformations were carried out combined with the problems in the operation to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system.
