郑许线空压机控制原理介绍及润滑油乳化研究

摘要 【目的】由于目前处于地铁调试及运营初期阶段,车辆用风量较小,造成空压机运转率低,空压机润滑油内的水分无法及时排出,导致润滑油出现乳化现象,影响空压机的正常使用及寿命。空压机作为车辆制动系统的风源,润滑油乳化对车辆的制动性能造成安全隐患,因此需要对其加以研究。【方法】通过阐述郑许线空压机工作原理,分析空压机润滑油乳化原因,研究空压机工作率调节装置对预防空压机润滑油乳化的效果。【结果】研究结果表明:通过在车辆上设置空压机工作率调节装置,可有效提升空压机的运转率,及时排出润滑油内的水分,改善空压机润滑油乳化的情况,保证了车辆的用风可靠性。【结论】研究结果可为后续新造车辆或已运营车辆的供风系统改造提供参考。 [Purposes]Due to the small amount of air used by vehicles in the initial stage of subway commissioning and operation,the operation rate of air compressor is low,and the water in the lubricating oil of air compressor cannot be discharged in time,which is easy to lead to the emulsification of lubricating oil,thus affecting the normal use and life of air compressor.As air compressor is the air source of vehicle braking system,lubricating oil emulsification also causes security risks to vehicle braking performance.[Methods]This paper expounds the working principle of Zheng Xu line air compressor,analyzes the reasons for emulsification of air compressor oil,and studies the effect of air compressor operating rate adjustment device on preventing oil emulsification of air compressor.[Findings]The research results show that:by setting the air compressor working rate adjustment device on the vehicle,the operation rate of the air compressor can be effectively improved,the water in the lubricating oil is discharged in time,the emulsification of the air compressor lubricating oil is improved,and the reliability of the vehicle is guaranteed.[Conclusions]The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent reconstruction of the air supply system of newly built vehicles or existing vehicles.
