基于专利的甲基丙烯酸甲酯技术现状与市场分析

摘要 【目的】甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是一种重要的有机化工原料和聚合物单体。基于专利角度对MMA相关技术、市场现状进行分析,以便对我国MMA产业发展提供建议参考。【方法】梳理概述国内外甲基丙烯酸甲酯合成技术;通过检索分析MMA的中国专利申请文献,从专利申请趋势、来源国构成、主要申请人和IPC分类等维度进行统计分析;从产能、价格、消费及进出口量等方面分析MMA市场现状。【结果】MMA相关技术和产业化较为成熟,相关专利技术集中在合成技术、装置、催化剂及工艺流程等方面,国内MMA设计产能已突破200万t,产品价格稳定上涨。【结论】目前我国近75%MMA产能仍是通过ACH法生产实现,高效碳四氧化催化剂的开发将推动异丁烯氧化法成为未来的主要生产技术路线。 [Purposes]Methyl methacrylate(MMA)is an important organic chemical raw material and polymer monomer.Based on the perspective of patents,this paper analyzes MMA-related technologies and the current situation of the MMA market,so as to provide suggestions and references for the development of China's MMA industry.[Methods]This paper summarizes the synthesis technology of methyl methacrylate at home and abroad;by searching and analyzing the Chinese patent application literature of MMA,the statistical analysis is conducted from dimensions such as patent application trends,source country composition,main applicants,and IPC classification;the current situation of MMA market is analyzed from the aspects of production capacity,price,consumption and import and export volume.[Findings]MMA-related technologies and industrialization are relatively mature,and related patented technologies concentrated in synthesis technology,devices,catalysts,and process flow.The design production capacity of MMA in China has exceeded 2 million tons,and product prices have been increasing steadily.[Conclusions]At present,nearly 75%of MMA production capacity in China is still achieved through the ACH method,and the development of high-efficient isobutene oxidation catalysts will promote the isobutene oxidation to become the main production technology route in the future.
