摘要
为了提高油田运输管道的焊接质量与施工速度,以SQL Server为数据库基础,WEB页面构建框架展示,navicat软件连接前后端,对符合国家标准与试验验证后的焊材型号和焊接参数进行归纳总结,设计开发了油气管道焊接材料数据库应用系统。结果表明,该数据库应用系统以同种母材管道焊材、异种母材管道焊材为选材基础,实现了油田管道焊接信息查询、存储与管理功能。研究结果可对油田管道焊接技术研发和管道焊接效率的提升提供参考依据。
In order to improve the quality and construction speed of oilfield transportation pipelines,with SQL Server as the database basis,WEB page construction framework display,navicat connects the front and back ends.and designs and develops the oil and gas pipeline welding materials database application system.The welding material models and welding parameters that meet national standards and experimental verification are summarized and application system of welding material database for oil and gas pipelines is designed.The result shows that the database system is based on the selection of the same and different base materials,and realizes the functions of information query,storage,and management in oilfield pipeline welding.The research results provide a reference basis for the development of oilfield pipeline welding technology and the improvement of pipeline welding efficiency.
