“校地合作,产教融合”视角下的高校校园更新策略研究——以西安财经大学曲江创新创业园设计实践为例

Research on the Campus Renewal Strategy of the Universities and Colleges from the Perspective of“Campus-Local Cooperation,and Industry-Education Integration”:A Case of the Design Practice of Qujiang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park of Xi’an University of Finance and Economics

高校校园的更新改造是城市更新的重要组成部分,也是各地政府近年来不断推进的一项重点工作。文章以西安财经大学曲江创新创业园为研究对象,在“校地合作,产教融合”的导向下,梳理城市—学校—产业之间的有机关系,探讨传统高校的老旧校区应如何结合自身特点进行高效高质的更新改造,以及未来持续发展的运营管理策略。在逐渐升温的城市更新政策下,为高校老旧校区的更新改造与区域经济文化的活力发展提供一定的借鉴意义与实践经验。

The renewal and transformation of university campus is an important part of urban renewal and also a key work promoted by local governments in recent years.This paper takes Qujiang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park of Xi’an University of Finance and Economics as the research object,and sorts out the organic relationship between city,university and industry uder the guidance of“campus-local cooperation,and industry-education integration”.It explores how traditional universities and colleges carry out high efficency and high quality renewal and transformation to the old campuses according to their own characteristics,as well as the sustainable operation management strategies in the future.Under the policy of urban renewal,it provides some reference and practical experience for the renewal and transformation of old campus in the universities and colleges,and for the dynamic development of regional economy and culture.
