国土空间规划背景下的特色保护类村庄规划编制探索——以河南省登封市郭店村为例

Exploration on the Preparation of Characteristic Protected Village Planning under the Background of Territorial Spatial Planning:A Case of Guodian Village in Dengfeng City,Henan Province

在推动乡村振兴战略进一步实施和建立新一轮国土空间规划体系的背景下,村庄规划迎来了新的内容。特色保护类村庄作为实用性村庄规划中五种村庄类型之一,研究起步较晚,目前欠缺较系统的研究和可借鉴的经验案例。因此,本研究以河南省登封市郭店村为例,在对郭店村的国土空间开发和特色资源保护现状进行分析的基础上,对郭店村的规划编制提出引导,以期为后续特色保护类村庄规划编制提供参考。

Under the background of promoting the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and establishing a new round of territorial spatial planning system,village planning has ushered in new contents.The characteristic protected village is one of the five types of villages in practical village planning,but its research started late,and there was a lack of systematic research and cases for reference.Therefore,this paper takes Guodian Village in Dengfeng City,Henan Province as an example,and based on the analysis on the current situation of the territorial spatial development and the protection of characteristic resources,puts forward guidance for the planning of Guodian Village,in order to provide a reference for the planning of subsequent characteristic protected villages.
