城市更新中“既有社区”的迭代模块化可持续设计研究

Research on the Iterative and Modular Sustainable Design of the Existing Communities in Urban Renewal

随着新一轮城市既有住区更新工作的开展,其相关技术在工程中的应用迫在眉睫。文章将通过统一的基础数据管理形成工作流程标准化,通过可视化模块设计实现设计工艺标准化,通过综合管理工作平台实现方案设计模块化。构建对标国际化标准的可持续发展标准化示范社区:以实际工程实践为依托,通过社区景观环境建设实践,将研究内容应用到景观空间的规划设计及建设过程中,并不断对标国内可持续发展标准,形成一批可持续示范社区。

With the unfolding of a new phase urban renewal inthe existing communities,it is urgent to apply relevant technologies in the engineering.This paper will standardize the workflow through unified basic data management,standardize the design process through visual module design,and modularize the scheme design through integrated management work platform.It is proposed to build a standardized demonstration community of sustainable development with international standards.Based on practical engineering practice,through the practice of community landscape environment construction,the research contents are applied to the planning,design and construction of landscape space,and the domestic sustainable development standards are continuously benchmarked to form a number of sustainable demonstration communities.
