摘要
轨道交通站点的标识系统对提升乘客的出行体验和轨道交通系统运营效率至关重要,但我国缺乏详细的评估指导。研究旨在为轨道交通站点标识系统评估提供一套全面而系统的评估方法与流程,以提高轨道交通站点标识系统的质量和效益。文章以过往的学术研究及标识系统评估项目中的实践经验为基础,探索性提出了针对轨道交通站点中标识系统的评估方法。明确定义了两个前提条件,用以判断是否可以进行现场实验;还提出了一种寻路实验的估算思路,包括基础轨迹数量级、时间成本和资金成本的估算,这为在现场评估方法与虚拟评估方法之间进行选择提供了有力的参考依据;对于数据的分析与评估,总结性地提出了五项指标,具备明确的指标含义、计算方法、特点和判断标准,从而确保评估结果的客观性和可比性。研究为轨道交通站点标识系统的评估提供了全面的方法论基础,为提高乘客出行体验和轨道交通系统的运营效率提供了重要指导。
The signage system at rail transit stations plays a crucial role in passenger travel experience and rail transit systems operational efficiency.However,there is a lack of detailed evaluation guidance in our country.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive and systematic evaluation method and process for assessing signage systems at rail transit stations to enhance their quality and effectiveness.This paper is based on previous academic research and practical experience from signage system evaluation projects.It exploratively proposes an evaluation method for signage systems at rail transit stations.It clearly defines two prerequisites to determine the feasibility of conducting on-site experiments.Additionally,it introduces an estimation approach for wayfinding experiments,including estimating the basic trajectory scale,time costs,and financial expenses.This approach provides a robust reference for choosing between on-site and virtual evaluation methods.Regarding to data analysis and evaluation,it summarily presents five indicators with well-defined meanings,calculation methods,characteristics,and criteria for judgment,so as to ensure the objectivity and comparability of the evaluation results.This paper provides a comprehensive methodological foundation for the evaluation on signage systems at rail transit stations,and provides important guidance for improving passenger travel experiences and the operational efficiency of rail transit systems.
