根据国内市场需求,以及卷筒电缆在实际生产和应用过程中遇到的问题,设计了一种光纤复合型橡皮卷筒电缆,介绍了该电缆的结构设计参数和设计思路、每层结构的材料选型、生产过程中如何解决常见问题,以及产品所达到的性能参数,为光纤复合类卷筒电缆的研发、设计和生产提供参考。

Based on domestic market demand and common problems encountered in the actual production and application of drum cable,a fiber optic composite rubber drum cable was designed.Structure design parameters and design ideas,material selection for each layer of structure,solution of common problems during production,and performance parameters achieved by the product,were introduced,which could provide reference for the development,design and production of fiber optic composite drum cables.
