摘要
采用碳纤维束丝法制备碳纤维复合材料,借助DSC、XRD、SEM、万能材料试验机和动态接触角等测试方法,研究了碳纤维和树脂性能对碳纤维复合材料压缩强度的影响。实验结果表明,与环氧树脂E51相比,浇铸体拉伸模量较高的环氧树脂TDE85制备的碳纤维复合材料压缩强度较高;在本研究范围内,树脂环向支撑厚度增加有利于碳纤维复合材料压缩强度的提高;受微晶结构抵抗外界破坏能力的影响,HTS40,CCF300,CCF700H三种碳纤维复合材料的压缩强度随着碳纤维拉伸强度和拉伸模量的增大而增大,而T800H,GW5535,M40J三种碳纤维复合材料的压缩强度随拉伸模量的增加呈下降趋势。
The carbon fiber composite was prepared by using carbon fiber bundle method,and the effects of carbon fiber and resin properties on the compressive strength of the carbon fiber composites were studied by DSC,XRD,SEM,universal material testing machine,and dynamic contact angle test.The experimental results show that compared with epoxy resin E51,the compressive strength of carbon fiber composites prepared using epoxy resin TDE85 with high casting modulus was higher.Within the scope of this study,the increase of wire thickness of resin is beneficial for improving the compressive strength of carbon fiber composite.Due to the influence of the ability of microcrystalline structure to resist external damage,the compressive strength of HTS40,CCF300,CCF700H carbon fibers increases with the increase of tensile strength and tensile modulus of carbon fibers.However,the compressive strength of T800H,GW5535,M40J carbon fiber composites decreases with the increase of tensile modulus of carbon fibers.
