现代学校体育理论框架下的学生身心发展分析

摘要 该文探讨了现代学校体育理论对学生身心发展的多方面影响。研究表明,文献理论框架能有效支持学生体育素养的提升,强调创建积极学习氛围、有意义的学生体验、赋予学生和教职员工权力,以及课程整合,以培养学生的多方面能力。教学氛围与学生体育教育中感知到的生活技能发展和心理幸福感呈正相关。学校体育理论和实践已从重视体力和技能培养,转变为更加注重学生全面发展。体育教育对学生身体健康有积极作用,包括提升健康指标和促进心理健康。尽管实践中面临资源配置不足、课程设计不当等挑战,但未来趋势显示,体育教育将与健康教育更紧密结合,从基于缺陷的模型转变为基于健康的模型。为应对挑战,需采取综合方法重新构想体育教育的未来,包括创新课程内容、发展教师专业、整合技术,以及将体育教育与学生日常生活更紧密结合。这些策略可以提高学校体育教育的实施效果和质量。 This article explores the various impacts of the modern school sports theory on the physical and mental development of students.Research shows that the literature-based theoretical framework can effectively support the enhancement of students'physical literacy,which emphasizes the creation of a positive learning atmosphere and meaningful student experiences,the empowerment of students and faculty,and the integration of curricula,so as to cultivate students'multifaceted abilities.The teaching atmosphere is positively correlated with the development of life skills and psychological well-being perceived by students in physical education.The school sports theory and practice have shifted from emphasizing physical and skill development to placing greater emphasis on the overall development of students.Physical education has a positive impact on students'physical health,including improving their health indicators and promoting their mental health.Despite challenges such as insufficient resource allocation and improper curriculum design in practice,future trends show that physical education will be more closely integrated with health education,shifting from a defect-based model to a health-based model.To address these challenges,it is necessary to adopt a comprehensive approach to reimagine the future of physical education,including innovating curriculum content,developing teacher professions,integrating technologies,and more closely combining physical education with students'daily lives,and these strategies can improve the implementation effect and quality of school physical education.
