竞赛是检验青少年跆拳道运动员训练成果的重要手段,作为我国跆拳道项目的储备人才,青少年运动员参与比赛训练对项目的影响深远,跆拳道项目的后备人才培养是需要社会各界关注的,也是竞技体育项目持续发展的保障和前提。因此,该文围绕我国跆拳道项目青少年竞赛展开研究和分析,结合项目特征,梳理我国青少年运动员比赛中的现实问题,阐述和探究我国跆拳道青少年运动员竞赛和发展的优化策略,以期为项目的进一步发展提供参考。

The competition is an important means to test the training results of young Taekwondo athletes.As the reserve talents of the Taekwondo event in China,the participation of young athletes in competition training has a profound impact on the event.The cultivation of the reserve talents of the Taekwondo event requires attention from all sectors of society,and it is also a guarantee and prerequisite for the sustainable development of competitive sports events.Therefore,this article focuses on the research and analysis of the youth competition of the Taekwondo event in China,sorts out the practical problems in the competition of youth athletes in China in combination with the characteristics of the event,and expounds and explores optimization strategies for the competition and development of youth Taekwondo athletes in China,in order to provide reference for the further development of the event.
